SOPREMA COLPHENE® FLAM 180 – SBS-Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane

COLPHENE® FLAM 180 is an elastomeric SBS-modified bitumen cap ply designed for use in approved multi-ply waterproofing assemblies. It is composed of a proprietary formulation of SBS polymer-modified bitumen and is reinforced with a tough, dimensionally stable non-woven polyester mat. Both the topside and underside are surfaced with polyolefin burn-off film to optimize heat welding.

Installation Guidelines:

1. Preparation: Unroll COLPHENE® FLAM 180 onto the surface and allow it to relax.

2. Positioning: Position the membrane in the desired location and back roll the product.

3. Heat Welding: Heat weld COLPHENE® FLAM 180 to approved substrates.

4. Additional Guidelines: Refer to SOPREMA® specifications and installation instructions for further application guidelines.
