1510 Water-Activated Polyurethane Foam (Used with Accelerator)

This single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane grout is water-activated (hydroactive) and designed for stopping active water leaks, sealing cracks, and stabilizing structures. When mixed with an appropriate percentage of accelerator, the material expands rapidly upon contact with water, forming a semi-flexible or semi-rigid foam, depending on the application's needs.

Applications:

• Sealing active or gushing water leaks

• Hairline crack injection in concrete, stone, and masonry

• Filling voids, honeycombing, and structural cavities

• Soil stabilization (with lower accelerator concentration)

• Below-grade structures, tunnels, culverts, foundations, and tanks

Performance Notes:

• Foam structure ranges from semi-rigid to flexible, based on accelerator and injection pressure

• Cured foam is unaffected by water or dryness—does not swell or shrink

• Low viscosity ensures deep penetration into fine cracks

• Moisture must be present for proper chemical reaction

• For best results in some applications, product may be used in combination with complementary injection systems

Mixing Ratio:
Standard ratio is 10% accelerator; ranges from 2% to 25% depending on site conditions. Only trained professionals should vary from standard mix rates.
