15X Accelerator for Water-Activated Injection Foam

15X Accelerator is a catalyst additive designed for use with single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane injection foams used in water cut-off and leak sealing applications. When mixed with compatible foam products, it initiates and controls the reaction with water, adjusting both cure time and foam structure.

Compatible With:

• 1510 Water Stop Foam

• 1570 & 1570 LV Hydrophobic Grouts

Key Features:

• Required for activation of water-reactive polyurethane foams

• Standard mix ratio: 10% (adjustable from 2% to 25% based on application needs)

• Controls reaction speed and foam expansion

• Fine-tunes product behavior for different conditions (e.g., gushing water, hairline cracks, or soil stabilization)

Usage Guidelines:

• Lower ratios (2–5%) slow reaction for deep penetration or soil grouting

• Higher ratios (15–25%) speed up set time for fast water cut-off in active leaks

• Only experienced professionals should deviate from the standard 10% mix ratio

• Must be mixed thoroughly with polyurethane resin prior to injection
