COLPHENE® STICK GR – SBS-Modified Bitumen Self-Adhered Cap Ply

COLPHENE® STICK GR is a self-adhered, SBS-modified bitumen cap ply designed for use in multi-ply membrane roof waterproofing and flashing assemblies. It features a topside surfaced with ceramic-coated granules and an underside with a protective polyolefin release film that is removed during application. The membrane is reinforced with a tough, high-quality random glass fiber mat.

Installation Guidelines:

1. Unroll: Allow the membrane to relax on the roof surface.

2. Position: Place the membrane in the desired position.

3. Remove Release Film: Peel off the protective release film from the underside.

4. Apply: Roll the membrane into place using a weighted roller to ensure full adhesion.

Testing & Approvals:

• ASTM D5147: Complies with ASTM D5147 standards for SBS-modified bitumen roofing materials.
