SOPREMA ALSAN® TRAFIK RS 730 FIELD – Summer Grade

The ALSAN TRAFIK RS 730 FIELD is a high-performance, rapid-setting, two-component polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) liquid resin designed for use in field applications. This product is part of SOPREMA’s ALSAN TRAFIK RS system, which offers a complete range of high-performance, flexible, seamless, polyester-reinforced liquid-applied polymeric waterproofing solutions. The ALSAN TRAFIK RS 730 FIELD resin is catalyzed with ALSAN RS catalyst powder and combined with ALSAN RS FLEECE to form a flexible, monolithic, reinforced membrane.

Installation Guidelines:

1. Mixing: Using a slow-speed (200 to 400 rpm) mechanical agitator, thoroughly mix the entire container of resin for two minutes before use.

2. Catalyzation: Only catalyze the amount of material that can be used within 10–15 minutes. Add the pre-measured catalyst to the resin component and stir for two minutes.

3. Application: Apply the catalyzed resin to the prepared substrate using a roller or brush. The resin should be applied evenly onto the surface, ensuring full coverage.
