The ALSAN TRAFIK RS 730 FLASH is a high-performance, rapid-setting, two-component polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) liquid resin designed for flashing applications. When combined with ALSAN RS FLEECE, it forms a monolithic, self-flashing, and self-adhering reinforced waterproofing membrane. The summer-grade formulation is optimized for warmer temperatures, ensuring effective curing and performance during hot weather conditions.

Installation Guidelines:

  1. Mixing: Using a slow-speed (200 to 400 rpm) mechanical agitator, thoroughly mix the entire container of resin for two minutes before use.

  2. Catalyzation: Only catalyze the amount of material that can be used within 10–15 minutes. Add the pre-measured ALSAN RS Catalyst Powder to the resin component and stir for two minutes.

  3. Application: Apply the catalyzed resin to the prepared substrate using a roller or brush. The resin should be applied evenly onto the surface, ensuring full coverage without thinning or pooling in low areas.
